Our return policy is simple:
Please contact us before returning an item because there may be information we need prior to processing a return.
Items must be returned in original packaging, un-opened and not damaged (when shipping the item back, we recommend purchasing signature confirmation and insurance with the carrier).
You can return an un-opened, not damaged item within 30 days of purchase for a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Damage claims must be maid promptly after package arrival (within 5 business days) and we will ask for pictures of the damage for our claims team (keep the box it came in!).
A 15% Restocking fee may be assessed to your order.
